2 x Committee members Duncan Jaques and Steve Privett

2 Statement of club accounts

A full set of accounts was presented by Andy and approved by those present.

3 Setting of membership fees

It was proposed that fees remain the same for 2007, but after discussion it was agreed that the cost of full membership should increase to £35 per 6 months running from January 1st and July 1st OR £60 per annum running from 1st January.  Fees will still be pro-rata if you join mid term, however, £5 of the 6 monthly fee is an administration fee and is not pro-rata.  I.E. if you join at the end of March the cost is for 3 full months at £5 per month plus £5 admin giving a fee of £20 payable.  The annual £60 fee does not include the admin charge.  Fee's are not refundable except by agreement by the committee on a case by case basis.  Range membership costs remain the same at £30 per annum for 12 calendar months and £2 range fee per visit.  Junior fees are half of the adult rates but still include the £5 admin cost for 6 month membership making it £20 per 6 months.  Your first membership payment each new calendar year will also involve an additional £3 cost for a BFTA card.  Range members will need to ensure that a payment is made prior to March in each year to enable them to shoot under our insurance scheme.  Note, a BFTA card is a mandatory requirement for all members.  No card means no shooting.

4 Club purchases

It was proposed that the club obtains a divers bottle and charging equipment and additional targets.  This was agreed and will be done once the 2007 subs are received.  The existing bottle will still be available to members at 20p per fill until the club purchases it's own 12litre 300 bar bottle.

5 Update on chemical toilet

Jerry to chase the release of funds from the Chilworth FT club accounts

6 Discussion regarding competitions to be held at club

Robert to contact the estate to seek permission to hold a round of the winter league at our grounds

7 AOB

Proposal to change the club logo.  John has prepared some potential logos and will have a sample made at a cost of £15

It was also proposed that we indicate a live range with flags or warning signs.  This was agreed.

I'd like to thank everyone who attended and especially those who took office.  I'd also like to thank Keith who's efforts over the past year or so have been immense and not always recognised.  Without Keith there wouldn't have been a club league.
